CBI COMMERCIAL LAUNCHES NEW AFFILIATE
Commercial Brokers International, Inc. is proud to announce the launch of its new affiliate, CBI Capital Strategies. In an effort to provide our clients the pinnacle of service, and in keeping with our dictum of “Client’s Best Interests”, CBI Capital Strategies shall specialize in debt restructuring, equity infusion and property repositioning.
We have partnered with prominent real estate investment banker Mr. John M Rozelle, who brings to the team eleven years of experience in consulting and structuring capital for local entrepreneurs and commercial real estate projects. All together CBICS brings an advisory team with over 50 years of combined experience in real estate sales, property management, development, marketing, repositioning, and finance. Working in conjunction with affiliates, Commercial Brokers International and LLC Property Management, we will be able to offer a hands-on full service team of commercial real estate experts to advise commercial property owners on their best path forward to maximize value, minimize risk and keep control of their asset.
The principals of CBI Capital Strategies understand the problems facing today’s commercial property owners, because they currently own and/or manage over 570 units ranging from retail, office, flex space and multi-family in the greater Los Angeles and Dallas sub-markets. They asses a situation from an owner’s perspective.
