Commercial Brokers Intern'l Launches New Affiliate

Commercial Brokers International Inc. launched a new affiliate, CBI Capital Strategies, which will specialize in debt restructuring, equity infusion and property repositioning.

John M. Rozelle, a real estate investment banker, has partnered with CBI to create CBI Capital Strategies. The new advisory team includes a group with more than 50 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, development, marketing, repositioning and finance. CBI Capital Strategies' goal is to advise commercial property owners on maximizing value, minimizing risk and keeping control of their assets.

CBI Capital Strategies currently owns or manages more than 570 units ranging from retail, office, flex space and multifamily units in the greater Los Angeles and Dallas submarkets.
